Judges are one of todays biggest scourges. Whinnied from lawyers, they slip right past their Peter Principle and become bigger criminals than will EVER come through their court. Bribes, crony assist - these lowlife need to be term limited
Most judges today need to be term limited if they dont step down themselves
American values, American laws do not mean the first thing to these crooked bastards

Prisoners held without exculpatory evidence for 2 yrs with no bail granted? Where are those 9 focking Supremes' opinion on this violation of Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Apparently, you are unaware that US District Court Judges serve lifetime appointments pursuant to Article III of the US Constitution.
Most of them are very highly qualified, but there are those special few who present serious issues to us all.
I agree with you that we might need some form of flush valve to purge those troublesome underperformers, but how do we keep from having a partisan process which would politically skew our system of justice?
Maybe, just stick with the US Constitution.
