Ok, so why no pause here?
We know Sars-CoV-2 is associated with DIC. We know other vaccines are associated with rare thrombocytopenia. So the fact that 2°ITP is extremely rarely associated with the CV19 mRNA vaccines would not, in and of itself, have been a game changer.

Not being that guy but did they pause injecting the other chemicals after deaths occurred? Just a little pause to reflect or contemplate? Or just J&J?

...Both AZ and J&J use whole virus rather than S-protein to confer immunity. That carries additional risks. Both generated more apparent thrombotic complications (clusters) early on. Those were feared to be mimicking the same (albeit far more frequent) thrombotic thrombocytopenia seen in CV19 infections. Hence the pause for safety analytics.
But J&J lagged significantly in timing of its rollout independent of any pause. So the OP is a bit off the mark.
