The same authority that says murder is illegal. You don't get to murder someone because you don't think they're "viable".
The same authority that let's us take children away from neglectful parents.
The rights of an innocent defenseless unborn child vastly outweigh the rights of a pregnant mother.
How exactly do you define viability? Please explain using objective definitions.
I wish you infanticide supporters would at least be honest about the fact that you support the murder of children as a form of contraception because you abhor personal responsibility.
This bullshite line of "its a woman's choice". It's not. She made her choice. She chose to be sexually active. She decided to have sex with a man, she decided not to use contraception, she decided to let him cum inside her, then she decided not to get a morning after pill. She made all of those choices.
