I think for myself and have drawn my conclusions by watching the actual video over a dozen times, ive read the police report a couple times, read the DA recusal and watched the available Larry English videos.
I've also read the applicable laws and I think a lot of you are gonna be shocked at how easy it will be to prove that the McDumbasses committed aggravated assault and therefore felony murder and the second DA is going down. No doubt in my mind.

What do you think disqualifies it from being charged as a murder? Or what do you think the defense will argue makes felony murder not applicable?

Race will be a huge issue both ways in this trial. Anyone who claims to know what an undefined group of 12 citizens will decide on this case is insane.

Which is what I've been saying the whole time.
No matter what, you absolutely WILL get a few jurors who see the video as I see it. Arbery clearly initiating contact. It doesn't even matter if a majority of jurors see it differently. At least a few if not a majority will see what I see.
And good fricking luck sustaining a murder conviction in that light.
And, again. As I keep pointing out. This case already has some chinks that I think even those who want a murder charge would admit...……………...and the defense attorney hasn't even opened his brief case.
To me. Couple the above with the reality that the media has less than zero interest in reporting straight on this case...………..and...……….the likelihood that they pressure a prosecutor into going all in on murder...……….and...………...well, that's gonna be a problem.
