That’s one of the great features of our healthcare system. Doctors can do that.

We don’t and can’t test every drug for every possible illness.

The whole push for the FDA to approve it for ChinaV is so that the "have you taken ________" lawyers will have a harder time suing (and the doctors would be protected).
