I worked in the ER for over 28 years. We treated many females who said they had been sexually assaulted. About a third of the cases were legit. The rest were clearly BS. Either a guy promised drugs and did not deliver or guy did not call the girl back within a couple of days. These false charges demean the woman who were truly traumatized.

One case involved a woman who was having sex with her husband's boss when her husband walked in on them. The woman started screaming get him off me so the husband beat the boss to a pulp. Come to find out they had been having an affair for a while. The husband lost his job and went to jail. The woman was charged with filing a false police report.

A man in south Alabama was recently convicted of murder because his wife convinced him that her boss had raped her which was a lie. The woman told her husband she was afraid to contact the police. The man is going to prison while no charges were filed against the wife.

An accusation is just that. If no charges were filed then it means nothing.

Yet congress allocates millions of dollars to pay off sexual assault charges made against its members.

The major problem with that, of course, is that women lie all the time.
