How can some people not get that Americans are sick and tired of politicians getting away with things that normal citizens would be prosecuted for? How can they not see that we are fed up with double standards and politicians being above the law? How can they not see that we've had enough of having one set of rules for us and another for the elite?!

There it is! And the "some politicians" are always Dems. And in this case, if Meuller goes that route and affects the monumental changes that Trump's Policy represents and accomplishes...it's time to shut it all down.
Though it is highly likely that if any High Up Politico were to stand up and inform everybody that if the Government Apparatus is disrupted to that degree...the checks won't be in the mail. That would shut down massive support for any revolt.

This is a sad truth. Unfortunately, politicians have bought allegiance from many citizens through this avenue, and not only are they not interested in any type of revolt, it would be against their selfish interests to do so.

The same M Comey talked with Trump - and regarded Trump's comment re Flynn that He/Trump "hoped" that Flynn would be given a pass - and Comey found Trump's "hoped" far more incriminating than Hillary's destruction of evidence. Not to mention her massive malfeasance re Classified Information, or potential 'pay to play' re Putin's 150 MILLION to the Clinton Foundation for 1/5 of US Uranium.
M Comey then went so far as to ILLEGALLY LEAK His conversation/opinion in order that a Special Prosecutor be named for Trump...yet nothing for Hillary.

Double standards of justice will undermine respect for rule of Law and any *Government* that promotes such. And the effects of that is exactly why people like Sawyer are rattling their sabres.
