Homosexuals are a highly irrational bunch. Not all, but definitely the majority and the ones hiding it are the worst.

The grand jury would have done more if the case was laid out like the press portrays.

And this is why it’s so laughable that he actually thought he had a legit shot at being named to SCOTUS by DJT.

Some like the danger. Others are arrogant enough to think they can change them.

But bitches just LOVE the bad boy.

The black prosecutor said that an "independent witness 2 doors down" verified that the officers were shot at first . Safe to assume a witness living in that apt. complex is also black?

Napolitano added that it is "not a crime to be in a place where crimes are committed. It is not a crime to associate with people who commit crimes.
I guess the old man is drawing a fine line between associates and accessories but I certainly wouldn’t want my kids listening to such ridiculous advice.

I don't have a very high opinion of Napolitano's legal acumen, but the simple fact is that he is VERY MUCH a "limited government/libertarian" kind of guy.

Not surprising that he wants to see charges arising from wanton overreach by governmental agents. There was ZERO basis for a forced-entry warrant at Taylor's residence, and he wants someone to face the consequences.

Legally? Like I said, I have never had a high opinion of his legal acumen.

I agree, but he seemed to be under the impression that the exchange of fire took place through a closed door.
