Not one substantiated claim of actual voter fraud.
Does someone actually have that information, outside the courts?

E.g., My understanding is there were documented double votes. Now that does not necessarily indicate deliberate fraud, but it certainly could. There are incidences of mismatched signatures. Fraud? I guess that will be for the courts to decide.

The judge allowed Fulton County to NOT COUNT 972 provisional ballos. That affected the vote.

Can you not read, or are you stupid, or are you lying?
quote:

The news comes just a day after U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg on Monday ordered the state to review provisional ballots to make sure none are improperly rejected and to delay certification of the midterm until Friday. Fulton received 3,549 provisional ballots, 1,555 of which were rejected,
quote:

Barron said he did not think any of the judge’s ruling would affect Fulton’s count

Provisional ballot ARE NOT COUNTED UNTIL THEY ARE VERIFIED. None of the provisional votes had been counted.

The judge's ruling did not affect the vote other than it kept those provisional votes from being counted.

Just like Gillum’s brother knew he was committing voter fraud in 2016 when he voted in Tallahassee, FL when he was a legal resident of Chicago.

Out of 581 votes by people who weren’t registered to vote? You goddam right some of them knew they were trying to commit voter fraud!

How do you think they thought they were going to vote if they weren't registered?

And if they weren't registered, once they found out, why in the hell would they stick around to fill out the form to cast a provisional vote and give the SOE all their information?

I have not seen that.

The signatures could be attempted vote fraud, but the signatures are being compared by laypersons comparing the signature to the signature on file which could be years old when the person registered to vote.

Not to even mention that the signature is on a sealed envelope with the ballot folded up inside -- don't try that at home.

Was that voter fraud. Yes or no. The answer is no. It didn't affect one vote.

The judge in 2016 held the way mail-in vote signatures were handled was unconstitutional and gave voters extra time to provide information to verify their signatures, by sending in something called a Mail-in Ballot Cure Affidavit.

Florida law requires that the county SOE send a notice to every voter whose mail-in ballot was rejected. The Florida Dem Committee was mailing Cure Affidavits to voters whose ballots had been rejected. The Cure affidavit form said that it was due the day before the election. The Dems changed that to read 2 days after the election because that was the extension they intended to ask the court to grant.

It didn't mean anything unless the judge granted their extension request. it didn't change a single vote.

I don't think it is a good or a bad thing. But THIS...

Mail-in voting increases voter participation.

So rather than being able to use a mail-in ballot, you think they should have to get up early and vote before they go to work.

YES! Like most hard-working individuals do.

Why is that?

Because laziness is not a hardship to voting.

How about people get off their arse and go vote like everyone else does? Quit relying on MAIL which is ripe for fraud! If voting is that important to a person, make the effort.

If you made a statement that ignorant (which you did) then I assume you are an ignorant dumba$$.

Who violated the law? Dance all you want. Your party broke the law. Denounce it or celebrate it. Your choice. I think you celebrate it and love this test run.

This is your tactic all the damn time. Dems changed a state election form. By what authority did the have to do that? Defend it, arse hat. I dare you.

So you admit that the dems changed a state election form without authority. Good.

See. That wasn't so difficult.

You don't have a problem with it. That's fine but your thong would be more twisted than Charles Manson's head if the enemy side had done it and you'd find a sick angle that orange man bad did it.

You know it. I know it. Everyone here that laughs at you daily knows it. Hell, even you prog buddies here know it.

It didn't change one vote. If the judge would have changed the deadline (which he did for one class of voter) the Dems would been out of luck if all of the people who they sent Ballot Cure Affidavits to would have thrown them away because the date printed on the form had already passed.

What? That mail-in is ripe for fraud? Please explain how it's not. And please note that personal insults are rather juvenile & indicates you have no argument.
