As said above, the show has run its course. I watched some of the earlier episodes, where focus was on people surviving the harshness of nature. Somewhat entertaining. But, as with most of these survivor/tough jobs shows, once the science is established, all that is left is surviving the other reality participants. "Transgender" wont kill this show, it's already dead.

They need to tone-down on the fatties again. They should also make it mandatory to tan before they show up.

I’ve watched a few over the years because I like survival situations.
One thing that I started to notice was the failure of the macho men, and the strong willed women to succeed. It made me question the possibility of agendas.
Manipulation could be achieved by having several “couples” competing at, or near the same time and “ picking” the winners of their agenda.
To hear about this recent show has raised my antenna again.

I watch Naked and Afraid occasionally, but "Alone" is my preferred survival show.
I actually happened to see this episode and it was definitely a WFT moment. My first thought was for the partner having to deal with this. Not only did she have to deal with being naked in a shithole place but also having to deal with the tranny.
At the risk of giving up a SPOILER, part of me wonders if the tapped out only after 4 days was due to being uncomfortable with her partner.
I give the person credit for surviving 17 days with no partner and a broken toe, but this SWJ nonsense is ridiculous.

i watched a few of those shows the first season, boring as shite and about as entertaining as listening to your women tell you why you need to be more understanding.
i flipped channels and saw a few parts of shows last year and the first thing they do is make clothes to wear?????
its not naked and afraid trying to survive scavenging for food anymore, now its lets make clothes and build a house and kill hogs and deer to eat
now they got teams going with 6 or 8 people like naked survivor
but lets be honest, the women on that show are not something we really want to see naked any way so they should just drop all pretense and make it a real survivor show with clothes on but you have to survive with no food shelter or weapons of any kind. that would make a much better show

Yeah, if you somehow got stranded in a remote wilderness, you’d much more likely have your clothes on you than a cooking pot, fire starting kit, and a machete. The naked part is the draw for most watchers though I guess. However, the main reason I don’t like the show is that it is 90% commercials.

I was obsessed with Alone. I am convinced the winner of the first season could have stayed out there for years. That dude had his heels dug in and wasn't going anywhere. The seasons after kind of got less interesting but one of them had a girl that could damn near build anything. Hippie chick but she was bad arse at same time. Great show, made me want to purchase a gill net and see how I would fair fishing in the wild lol

I watched this show last night. No tranny's. A Jaguar was outside a naked mans mini hut and the fire scared him off. (they have to have a sharp shooter on standby so no one dies, no?)
