Because of what came before, they don’t have ‘total control’ & they really aren’t motivated to do the heavy lifting. On anything.

Democrats want to continue to subsidize insurance for anyone earning 400 percent of the federal poverty level.
So a family of two earning $84,600 AGI. (After deductions) qualifies to be on your welfare nipple.
I read the forms and form instructions and it said that if you earned more than 400 percent of the FPL you may still qualify.
Screw that.

Hate to say it, but if health premiums double while the Republican's are in charge of the White House, House and Senate, they will be completely and utterly wiped out in 2026 and 2028.
And this is how the democrats progress towards their version of fascism

I didn’t really disagree with anything she said.
She isn’t supporting Obamacare, she’s simply pointing out that the subsidies (post obamacare) expiring is going to hit some people really hard, while we spend exponentially more on other countries wars. I believe the current subsidies are less than $10B.
The problem is the Dems are holding those subsidies hostage to give out free healthcare to more and more people. I’m actually proud of her for not focusing on that aspect
Don’t really care for her but I feel that was a reasonable position.

quote:Not saying you won't be correct on this but it's impossible to unravel the bullshite that the ACA has morphed into over the last 15 years in just a few months. The insurance industry would collapse upon itself to take this thing back to where it was. Simply allowing interstate competition would take more than a year to implement.

Correct. Healthcare is a privilege not a right
That sounds wonderful to you, until you or someone in your family develop a chronic condition(s) and can’t find anyone to get health insurance from.
