It's a weird twist.. Sunday points are out and will be hammered all week-

1: Yea we probably should open up smartly, without a one size fits all (What Trump said over a month ago)

2: Rona lockdowns pushed our economy into the future, because alot of these recently bankrupted large companies were already on the verge, this essentially cleans the slate for the future economy. Pay no attention to the shuttered businesses, they were going to shut down this year anyway.

3: Joe Biden is a bad candidate and needs to be replaced. This is really interesting... they are now openly admitting this. I would have hoped they hung on to him longer.

Problem is that the Dems are kind of stuck where they are for a few reasons.

Biden hasn’t kicked up enough delegates but the candidate with the second most is Bernie, who is a nonstarter.

None of the other declared candidates can pull together the kind of support necessary to be nominated while ballot rules will make it hard for them to pull a late switch and put in Cuomo, Hillary, or someone else.

Yes, since he isn’t nominated yet.

Their problem is a lack of viable alternatives.

Yep, always the concern of ending up with worse than they had before. Not necessarily in the same way, but in others. And very little time to clean anything/anyone up.

Their biggest problem, IMHO, is getting buy-in from any of their voters if they do a switcheroo.

No one likes Biden but you can’t argue about him winning multiple states.

Problem is that if you replace him and skip over Bernie, there’s very few people who won or were competitive in other states. And the ones who did like Buttplug have their own problems they bring to the ticket.

She can try. I don’t see it going nearly as well for her as last time.

Exactly, and also when you consider how important they believe the black vote is, and the extent to which a Congressman Clyburn went to score Biden the comeback that put him in the position he is now....who all and how many of them will be highly offended by such a move? Unless there's a universally agreed reason to do something like this, seems to me there's more harm than help as it stands now.

And this is why I kept saying we need the attacks on Biden to end until October when it’s too late to replace him. Regardless, I’ve always doubted Biden was going to be the candidate. If he was the candidate, I expected him to step down within a year due to “health reasons” and have his VP - their true, extreme left, candidate - step up to implement their agenda.

Exactly. Wait til Sept/Oct before really unloading on Biden.

The only problem is, he's brought this latest outrage upon himself with zero outside help.

the thing they seemed to be all twisted about this weekend is that Big Orange will not accept the results of the election and/or Barr will open up an investigation on Biden in October.
