Yeah, they sure "slammed" those racist liars.
I'm sure the DA is preparing some PR slap on the wrist for these two, because if they face jail time, "unconfirmed" is going to be confirmed real quick.

I doubt they would go to jail for simple assault. If this is a hoax (big if) it would be worth it for Jussie's agent to slip them $50k apiece. Could probably plead to a misdemeanor each.

If it's a hoax, why would he need to pay them off since they would be a part of the hoax?

The only reason I think it might not be a hoax is that the two have a reason to be there at that time since they were going on a flight in a few hours. Perhaps Jussie came on to one of them on the set of Empire and that triggered a homophobic reaction. Would explain the "follow" on social media and how Jussie was quickly recognized.
