he's the Hank of the medical literature world. he loves to try to impress everyone with his knowledge/verbage.
I encountered many of his type during college and medical school. they look down their noses at you & immediately go to the insults when you question them

Nah, in person I'm exceedingly polite and well-mannered. On TD, I post the exact same way I've posted for a long time, which is to write long, verbose posts about topics that interest me along with light trolling and ribbing of people who make poor arguments, as well as outright shitposting.
