Sucks if your a banker or a realtor in these conditions. Just checked today’s 30 Year in Louisiana, and it’s a whopping 6.27% average for good credit. Credit in the 6’s will get you a 7% or higher. Crazy times, but elections have consequences!

I’m pretty excited to see them struggle honestly. They’ve had it way too easy the past few years

Adding the context of the 80s, anything under 8 ain't bad.

Sucks if they did save after bathing in cash for 2 years

It really sucks for people that have been hanging onto their balls and have credit card debt

My best friend is I'm the ReFi business and has been killing it for the past few years. But said it's basically dead right and he's changing business models.

Realtors are probably the least sale savvy. Guess they’ll learn what closing actually means.

Lol. Except the average home in the 80’s was only like $85,000.00.

Considering the avg home price and avg salary of the 2 time periods this is much, much worse than the 80s

Our first house in the early 80s was $65K. Around 1600 sq ft. 11.5% interest
