Because the economy is slowly headed in the right direction.. of course we’d all like to see a faster and larger increase.

But growth is growth..

The economy keeps outperforming the experts expectations.. that’s a good thing in my opinion.

But regardless.. the sycophants that worship at the feet of Trump will never admit that..

The CHIP program is a good thing

The infrastructure program is a good thing! So good that even folks that voted against it or out telling their constituents how great it is..

I’m sorry some of you hate the country.. but things are getting better whether you like it or accept it

I hate central planning, so I love this country for what it has done.

But good luck on your pending poverty.

Or better yet.. get the frick out since things are so bad for you and your family.

But in reality, you won’t do shite but complain on a message board, drink the Trump kool -aid about election fraud, bribery and the swamp…etc

What a bunch of losers you’ve all become.

His economic policy rewards the haves and just leaves everyone else behind with inflation on a scale that is going to continue to jump all over the map. So if you’re happy for a monolithic big corporate economy then have at it…

Morgan Stanley probably in line for another bail-out like in 2008. Just remember this forecast and thread in the next 6-8 months….

This isn't the 1990s.

Nobody has cubicles.

It's open floor plan but I work from home 2-3 days a week any way.

The problem is it’s artificial growth. It’s just an influx of cash by the federal government. I benefit from this type of spending behavior in my field, but it is not good for the country long term and will only continue increased costs for everyone.

It’s all the same. You are crunching numbers for other people making money off of you. Sack up and start your own business

He’s positioned everyone with 7% mortgage rates and nearly $1 trillion in credit card debt and inflation, but you omit that from your Biden arse kissing.

Technocracy has replaced socialism as the preferred progressive economy. Massive corporations in partnership with government will control the economy.

Corporations can do things the pesky constitution prevents government from doing.

I'm far far far from being a Trump supporter.

Just because I think you're making stupid points doesn't mean I'm a trump supporter.

Again, I've seen things get better in this economy for big banks and investors.

I was under the impression that the left hated those people.

Forgive me if I'm a little perplexed as to why y'all are worshipping them now.

For the same reasons they started worshiping big pharma and corporations like Anheuser-Busch.

Didn't read it ... does it mention the recession that will start around November?

If you hand out money to millions of people it will increase economic activity. But, it is not sustainable. O'bama, Trump and Biden have done this via too much spending - with Joe Biden being ... by far ... the worst of the three.

Smh, because I feel this is not true, I hate the country. Hate to break it to you, but I don’t want the country to fail cause Biden, Obama, or any other Democrat is in office. Rather I hope their ideals and values don’t break the country.

You point to CHIPS and infrastructure bills as successes. Okay there is good in there, and we can agree that investing into improving infrastructure and building on manufacturing is a great idea, no matter who passed it. The problem comes with the bullshite that is attached to those bills. Infrastructure specifically has parts of it that base funding on DEI points. Remember “racist” bridges being a major discussion. Why should race matter when it comes to improving the roads or bridges. That ideal and value as well as others like it tears the country further apart than bringing us together.

Nominal growth in wages is good and inflation is t growing rapidly. However, it’s still much higher due to some artificial metrics such as increased government spending. Even the most liberal business site would caution the current growth.

It’s great seeing unemployment low, but the labor force participation rate is steadily declining as well. That impacts unemployment overall. Why the labor force is decreasing is up for debate but you can’t both say unemployment is down while damn near every business has help wanted signs and offers above and beyond minimum wage. Some other factor is working to impact this…increased government spending.

Every time Biden brags about “reducing the deficit” while also detailing the spending he does creates a false equivalency. He refuses to attempt to cut spending while trying to tax more and more. However, you would think the rich and big corporations you hate are against more taxation, but there’s always ways for them to shield their money. Ways the middle class cannot do. This leads to more crony capitalism with few global corporations providing everything, reducing competition overall.

So, if there’s signs of growth, great. But I would rather sustainable growth that isn’t artificial or manipulated. However, in no way do I want the country to fail.
