I think if my guy couldn't figure out how/didn't have the manual dexterity to affix a Medal of Honor on its recipient, I would probably lay off the insults.

I'm almost 50 and have never taken TRT. Doesn't it come with increased prostate cancer risk?

That’s what the update is for.
There can be a slight increase of the prostate size but no cancer risk from it
