One of the more interesting legal battles and questions looming in the future is: "Do nominally private companies whose business is in the acquisition and distribution of information, as well as public display of such information, have the discretion to prohibit and censor their activities?"

Freedom of association and denial of service are pretty cut and dry (IMO) in terms of smaller businesses that have competitors and choice involved in patronage, but we live in a new paradigm in regards to information.

New technology and the increasing intertwined social media generation is giving rise to some unprecedented and interesting legal questions. A conservative and constitution protective minded Supreme Court will be extremely important in the next few years.

He’s a “UX design lead”. Not sure that qualifies as an exec. And this isn’t a google twitter account and he never references google. He’s certainly a weirdo lib but this isn’t alarming.

what exactly is the issue here?

Some dipshit went on a twitter tirade, why does it matter who he works for?

Do you own Google stock? If not buy some and go to a shareholder meeting and complain, it would likely be far more effective than this if you believe they are responsible for an employees #twittertantrums.

Do liberals actually know what treason is? Or is it just the new buzz word to scare people.
