A smarter person would have figured out by now that I don't encourage bird-brained stalkers.

Is this an example of an "unnecessary personal attack"?

The UK's, France's, Australia's, Canada's.
All countries that have supplemental insurance that helps their citizens cover out of pocket expenses not covered under their single payer system. Healthcare cost continue to rise so the individual is expected to participate more in cost sharing.

Depends.
In many cases he'd have been only treated medically (i.e., with pills). Saves a lot of money.

I understand your appreciation for the new law a bit more clealy now. On a one to one basis most will aprove of the new laws benefits, however the devil is in the details or ie how to pay for it. As most rational people realize the ACA act is just a stopping point on the way to either single payer or repeal, and I do not belive repeal is possible any more, how do we pay for this? While you were able to have an operation you could have not afforded otherwise you passed the cost to those of us working and having to foot the bills. Do you advocate a VAT tax, or just keep on expecting 1/2 the country to keep paying all the bills? I do not mean to single you out but am intrested in your thoughts on this.

In light of the fact that he refused to purchase insurance prior to ACA yes you are correct.

the ACA- people that do not participate in society, refuse to produce are on the same footing as those who take responsibility for themselves

is food a right? is shelter a right?

so people can simply demand those things without having to contribute?

it should be a tenet of any (especially a free) society that the more self sufficient people are the more efficient the government will be...and government policy reenforces behavior

the trend in our current government and over the last fifty years reenforces dependency

waste, redundancy, inflation and cost overruns are a byproduct of those policies

judge liberals not by the end result but by their intentions

and re-elect them to solve those same issues their policies create

So true. The housing bubble bust/financial debacle was a prime example and now the jobless inflation laden "recovery" with lower paying part-time jobs and millions of people dropping out of the workforce.

From what I've read the UK NHS is the worst of public systems

I've posted these numbers before, regarding Britain's NHS

1948- 480,000 beds, 350,000 staff

2002- 186,000 beds, 882,000 staff

2008- 160,000 beds, 1,368,000 staff.

This is where we're going.

Your topic is "More ACA cost problems." Other than a brief quote from a Hawaii article, your article is nothing but opinion.

ACA was passed on "opinion" and is not working as they thought....yeah shocker, I know.
So what's wrong with a more educated opinion now?

You guys are kiddies to sit hear and argue semantics!

The only stupid motherfrickers that can argue the ACA is going as planned, dem or repub, are the loser cocksuckers who don't work and get a huge subsidy.

Obama himself wont use Obamacare! Who in their right fricking mind thinks that's not a sign of failure?

All we have Rex is a complete history of single payer system!!!!!! Medicaid. Name one government program that has not cost much more than projected. The only way some of these jerks can get elected is to promise more than they can ever deliver with what is left of our tax dollars. In a few more years we will not be able to pay the interest on our debt much less the principle. Our government has a history of lying from the native American Indians to the VA...it never ends. You and your kind are just so full of Democrap BS that it flows out like a polluted river.
