Moore lawyers issue ultimatum to Allred - release yearbook in 48 hours to preserve evidenc

The letter to Allred was dated yesterday and obtained by Breitbart News. Attorney Trenton R. Garmon, who represents Moore and his wife, Kayla, further requested that Allred take steps to ensure the “immediate and professional preservation of the yearbook.”
The letter demanded that Allred and her client, accuser Beverly Young Nelson, issue a “full and fair public retraction” of all “false statements” concerning Moore.

Nothing would maked Allred happier than for him to file a suit. Discovery Time !!

Moore met the ultimatum with a letter providing a very strong case that his accusers have falsified evidence against him by forging his signature.
In case you haven't noticed, the case against Moore has fallen apart. Once it became clear that the only woman to bring any physical evidence to the case had lied and fabricated the evidence, the entire brouhaha dissipates like a puff of smoke. It is currently just waiting for the political hacks on the left to get the word that its over and they lost.

Did you see Moore today? They asked him a few simple questions and he wouldn't comment. I'm not saying that is an admission of guilt, but this is hardly settled.

He made it clear that the accusations were lies, and evidence is emerging to back that up. How the hell should he reply to questions about made up lies from almost 40 years ago?

Moore could file a slander lawsuit and legally request the document.
