I'm sorry and no father should have to go through that, but the current tactics arent targeting Fentanyl.
If you truly want to see a difference, maybe support actual "police action" targeting the drug.

What’s the lowest hanging fruit in the drug trade? Easiest to target?
What gets the most bang for the buck?
What else is the current administration trying to achieve in Venezuela?
They’ve shut the gate on the southern border so it’s not as easy to target them. The boats are easy targets. And popular opinion is on their side.
Good publicity is good for business.
If regime change in Venezuela is the ultimate goal, then this is a cheap way to start out and attain it.
This is more open even if a bit dishonest on their intent.

The same goofy tired argument you make all the time Rog. The US’ produces almost no illegal fentanyl but use a crap ton of it. Venezuela is home to multiple powerful drug cartels yet you would have everyone believe that since they produce very little they couldn’t possibly illegally import it from China and lace it into their narcotics like virtually every major drug cartel on the planet. You pick the dumbest hills to die on simply because you hate Trump. It’s comically dumb

If that is the reality, why hasn't the Federal government, including both Trump administrations, even attempted to show a link between Venezuela and fentanyl? Of all the reports and NDTAs I've read dating back to 2016 I have not found the DEA nor any other agency attempting to link Venezuela as even a modest player in the fentanyl crisis.

Interesting, I've not cried at all. I don't give a shite if they sink every drug trafficking boat they come across.
What I do care about is the indisputable fact that you and way too many gullible people are being manipulated by your government into believing this is some fight to save the lives of the unfortunate people dying by way of fentanyl. You're allowing your emotions to blind you and falling for likely the oldest trick in our government's playbook.
