Do you mind if I ask you how you'd protest your rights being trampled on?

I don't go to protest because i find them to be a stupid waste of time.

quote:

If a government agent came to your door with lethal force demanding you give up your firearms. Would you hand them over because protesting violently is not allowed by the constitution?

Why is this always the same stupid gotcha asked by all of you "libertarian" types?
First of all you can't say you are defending the constitution by wiping your arse with it. Armed conflict with the government is NOT a constitutional right. Also the government unconstitutionally confiscating firearms without ratifying the constitution to repeal the 2nd amendment would be tyrannical. I would not be with in the law to fire on those police i would be in open rebellion and would have to take my licks if i were alone. There for i would not be protesting at that point i would be rebelling.

Open rebellion is violent protest.

See above.

Bs you dont have to be inside.

According to the order, during that time all people "must not travel on any public street or in any public place

I don’t consider being on a privately owned porch to be traveling in public space. These cops in the video are wrong. Bootlickers are wrong.

Sure. Again in the loosest possible sense.

Rebellion:
quote:

an act of violent or open resistance to an established government or ruler.
"the authorities put down a rebellion by landless

the action or process of resisting authority, control, or convention. "an act of teenage rebellion"

Protest:
quote:

a statement or action expressing disapproval of or objection to something.

Rebellion would be beyond protest. A protest is an objection seeking a change from those in power, a rebellion is seeking to change those in power.

frick them. They destroy the city and law needs to be restored. This is what happens. Should've fricking listened. He told them like 4 times.

those cops I'm sure have seen reports of dozens of officers being killed and injured across the country by these thug animals.

Who cares? They have no authority to make you go inside your own house. Curfew order says no travel in public places, not be inside hiding. Police continue lacking self control and abusing authority. Thats the reason why theres riots in the first place.

It's not tiered.

All rebellions are protests, not all protests are rebellions.

A protest is an objection seeking a change from those in power, a rebellion is seeking to change those in power.

This delineation is fabricated.

Sure all fights are arguments, but not all arguments are fights.

But and argument is not a crime and a fight is. At this point i'm really not even sure what the hell stupid point you are trying to make other than arguing (not fighting) to argue.

But back to your original stupid gotcha. The only way i come out of my "protest" alive is the over through of the now tyrannical government. Because in every other scenario i have committed multiple crimes...much like the people rioting right now.

Right, protesting isn't always against the law, rebellion is.

My point is that you have your own line at which you deem violent protest reasonable.

Curfew says no public travel. I guess there’s actually a clause that you’re expected to follow orders, but no wording that you have to be inside. That’s some bootlicker shite on your own property. Disgusting look going onto people’s property with batons. Police acting like animals is what caused riots in the first place.
