So disgusting. Mayors are supposed to be healing their cities and trying to calm the public down. Instead, this one ignores his position and does everything possible to fan the flames. Apparently mayors have zero power over their police forces, and can only cry on camera when something happens.

I’ve seen him make a few comments in press conferences and he is encouraging it by his rhetoric. The times I’ve seen him he has not done anything to try and calm the citizens.
