No, don't kick Minnesota out of the union. No, don't give Minnesota to Canada.
What Minnesota needs is a Reconstruction. I'd say about 9 years worth.
Political and Constitutional changes to their state wide form of government. Federal political and military occupation of their state will be implemented to organize and oversee that they change their ways to be more acceptable and in agreement with the remainder of this Nation. After meeting the acceptable requirements, then and only then, Minnesota shall be readmitted into this Nation.

Such a proud history dating back to the discovery of America, when the very first settlers arrived in Minneapolis and found thousands of Somalis had already built a majestic city with several "Learing Centers" scattered about. Gotta give it to those hard-working Somalis, they cashed in on a dream!
