I had no idea who the wackado was...looked it up...here's why she was arrested:

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The felony charges against InfoWars correspondent Millie Weaver stem from an April incident where Weaver, her boyfriend and her brother grabbed her mother, threw her to the ground and stole her cellphone, according to a police report of the incident released Monday.
Weaver’s mother, 51-year-old Felicia McCarron, told Portage County sheriff’s deputies on April 25 that she was recording audio of the trio verbally abusing her when they saw her cellphone in her back pocket and attacked her, a copy of the report obtained by cleveland.com shows.

The report says that McCarron came from California to stay with the trio at Wince’s Yale Road home earlier this year, after her employer in North Hollywood shutdown due to the coronavirus. McCarron told deputies that Millie Weaver was swearing at her, being mean and calling her names on April 25, and she was texting with a bishop at the Mormon church where she attended about it, the report says.
McCarron said she decided to record the behavior on her cellphone, and placed it in the back pocket of her jeans while she made a grilled cheese sandwich, the report says. Millie Weaver sat at the bar, Charles Weaver washed the dishes and Wince stood nearby, the report said.
The trio began picking on her, including “talking down” to her and “generally just being mean,” McCarron told deputies. Someone noticed the phone in her pocket and suggested that she was recording, the report says. The report does not identify who first made the suggestion.
McCarron said Wince told Charles Weaver to “grab her,” and the two grabbed her arms, McCarron said. Millie Weaver joined in and all three wrestled the mother to the ground, McCarron said, according to the report. McCarron said she tried to kick and punch them while they were on her.
The cellphone fell out of her pocket and someone grabbed it, the report says. McCarron then ran out of the house and said she was going to call the police. She ran to a neighbor’s house and dialed 911.
The report says that both McCarron and the neighbor saw Charles Weaver run to the edge of the woods behind the house and return almost immediately as McCarron was on the phone with deputies. McCarron suspected her son was trying to get rid of her cellphone, the report said.
The best people folks.

Weaver isn’t even known to the Swamp Skunks or most Americans .....Hunter on the other hand is a legend of Swamp lore.

and the charges dropped. Appears you're not a fan of justice unless it falls your way.

I just think the story is a trashy family delight. I don’t care about the prosecution. She probably had charges dropped due to lack of evidence. It’s just a he said, she said.
Your link did not explain the back story...which is awesome!

Actually the mom (the victim) didn’t want to press charges and claimed she immediately regretted calling the cops during the argument. It was the arsehole da who turned it into a case

I looked up her documentary called Shadowgate. Its a bit long, but gives an analysis of the fed govt. developing the means to collect all the data ever written down and to organize into psyops. on a scale of 1-10 tech talk, its a 7. it does tie together a lot of the political news the last 20 years. It very well explains the movement of high ranking folks into private jobs taking with them military psyops files.
My conclusion, keep cash and bullets off the grid. you are being watched
