Some on this board have diagnosed the Democrats problem, and National Review has a current article on it. It is that they reflexively oppose anything Trump supports. They have TDS so badly that they can’t control it even when it is in their interests to do so.

This is how Trump gets them to take up the unpopular side of every 80-20 issue. He just has to say he is in favor of peace, prosperity, happiness, you name it, and they will oppose it.

The other giant factor here is that this time Trump decided that every major appointee would be telegenic. And they are. Every Administration spokesperson just fries the progressives.

If they were boxers, and at the beginning of every round Trump said, “I bet you can’t hit my gloves with your face” the Democrats would batter his fists until they knocked themselves out.

This is the attitude we need from conservatives, not whining about due process for illegal gangbangers or crying over tariffs because they can't see the big picture. frick you, we're fixing the country whether you like it or not. No remorse for doing the dirty work that the losers are too scared to do.
