He's quickly going down the road of another former VP (Al Gore)...irrelevant and kooky.

Yeah, you keep repeating that as if it were absolutely true. I don’t know that. Seems an easy own to counter the pro aborts propaganda if true.
Abortions up 11% in 2023, first full year after Dobbs
Study also indicates that the increase is likely even higher than that.
quote:They want children dead, clearly. They want everyone angry about the access to abortion so that the culture war continues to be fought in their favor. It’s happening.
I know the PP crowd are still big mad. That makes me happy.

Then I don't know what to tell you. Abortions will never dip down to 0. That's not how cultures change. Not over night.
But there's MY bigger concern - We have a choice between a 'let the states deal with it' candidate vs a Lindsey Graham 100% National Ban on all abortions, across the board.
Sticking to principle, the GOP goes with the total ban candidate. The Dems run a slick *moderate*and wipes the floor with the GOP and we go back to pre R v W era, but this time it's on steroids. We NEVER get back the ground which was gained, because 'muh principles' crowd refused to budge.
That's what I'm fighting against.

quote:I don’t think we should tolerate such immoral practices regardless of if it is mostly Democrats performing them.
I've said this before but I'm 100% against abortion, but the majority of babies being killed are democrats so let them continue to wipe out their population.
quote:And yet after decades of abortion, we still have half the country voting for people like Biden and Harris.
There was a reason they wanted millions of illegal immigrants because their voter block is declining. They are the minority in the country and it will continue to get worse for them
Of the 10 states that had ballot measures to protect abortion a few weeks ago, 7 states voted for them. There are more states that allow abortion than don’t, and in those states, it seems women can still get access through a car ride, plane ticket, or through order abortion pills online to get around the laws.
Abortion is a big problem still.

Then I don't know what to tell you. Abortions will never dip down to 0. That's not how cultures change. Not over night.
The left has been fighting the culture war on abortion for decades while the right hasn’t, and whatever was there has dwindled down to the religious bloc at this point.

What you want is to abandon the battle ground on abortion and concede the fight to the left because it is a losing issue right now. It is a losing issue because the left has built an identity around it while the right hasn’t any longer.
What is the next war you are willing to lose for the sake of votes?
Posted on 11/16/24 at 6:16 pm to FooManChoo
You didn't even vote for Trump. You conceded to the Drag Queen Trannies Twerking on 6 year olds at the school library. I don't want to hear a peep from you

I don’t have an extensive enough vocabulary to describe how many different ways Mike Pence can go frick himself

R v W is repealed. That fight is won. No one ever imagined, despite even RBG admitting it was terrible law, that we'd actually get anyone with the stones to put the pieces in place to see its eventual demise.
Donald Trump did that. IDK how old you are, but in my book that's Berlin Wall level stuff. Absolutely historic.

We're winning on the border, on the WOKE agenda, the Trans indoctrination in so many levels of gov and society... I don't know what the hell you're talking about.
As for 'abortion', it's not a right. We need to have that explained to everyone and drill it into their heads. Freedoms aren't rights. They are different.

Who is Mike Penisless Pence?
Posted on 11/16/24 at 7:27 pm to John Barron
50 Pence Judas maggot can go fck himself.

He is just like Liz....they just don't get it, at all. No one can stand them.

Forgive us for calling you out for causeing Ls. Nothing is going to change the moral problem.
Abandoning the issue at the federal level only cedes ground to the leftists.
quote:How is it easier to push when you win? Every time a Republican opens his/her mouth about abortion, people like you tell them to shut up because it is a loser.
Nothing you have done has amounted to any less abortions ever
Figure out a different message. But thats lot easier to push that when you win
What message would you propose such a "winner" to give?
Posted on 11/16/24 at 7:55 pm to John Barron
Pence can go suck a lemon or two.

quote:More abortions were performed in the first full year after RvW was repealed. The fight is not won when more abortions are happening. The repeal, while good, was just the beginning.
R v W is repealed. That fight is won.
This attitude is exactly what I'm against: Republicans think Roe was the goal and think the fight is over. The Democrats certainly don't think it's over and they are fighting hard. They are continuing to push their message. They continue to brainwash young women into thinking murder is a virtue. They are working to get more and more states to enshrine abortion into their constitutions. More states allow abortion than don't.
Nothing has been won. We are simply back to where we were as a nation before the bad SCOTUS ruling in the 70's, but not even that. We're behind because the left has been winning the culture war.
quote:I understand how important and monumental the decision was, but it is not the end goal.

Donald Trump did that. IDK how old you are, but in my book that's Berlin Wall level stuff. Absolutely historic.
quote:We're very fortunate the left got cocky and pushed too far. For several years, they've pushed and pushed. And yet, nearly half the country at least still supports Democrats and apparently their policies.
We're winning on the border, on the WOKE agenda, the Trans indoctrination in so many levels of gov and society... I don't know what the hell you're talking about.
We haven't won much at this point with the border, though. Millions of illegals have been streaming in and the left has controlled the narrative on deportations. I'm honestly curious what the Trump admin will actually do on that and whether or not the SCOTUS will allow it if they try to deport anyone other than those arrested for crimes.
What you're actually talking about is "winning" within the Overton Window. we have shifted to the left by large strides over the last few decades to where what you're seeing now constitutes winning.
quote:I agree. This needs to be part of the message, but right now the GOP is mostly silent on this because it's "with the states", while the Democrats are pushing at at the national level.
As for 'abortion', it's not a right. We need to have that explained to everyone and drill it into their heads. Freedoms aren't rights. They are different.

Old school Republicans would ride that abortion horse to death if not for Trump. The Republican party needs to die and be remade. It's almost there thanks to Trump, but they're going to go out, not kicking and screaming, but with a whimper at the end.
