It has nothing to do with valuing education....it is all about you and your wife. If her salary takes more from the coffers than the two of you put it you are a parasite my friend just like a postal service employee or a DMV employee....these are the rules as they apply to civil servants such as your spouse which have been developed by the "47% don't pay taxes" right....I value the work your spouse does it is the right who is of the opinion that all government is all bad all the time, including....and maybe top of the list....public education...
