No...thats not my position at all. I'm simply pointing out the psychological trait of people who strongly believe in a position, yet when asked for the facts that they used to arrive at that conclusion...they have nothing but simply restating their claim over and over

Two-thirds of those who joined the undocumented population did so by entering with a valid visa and then overstaying their period of admission, the center reported.

Yeeeeeah...kinda. Those people tend to move back and forth across the border. If they have a valid green card the first time, it doesn't help them at all when trying to cross again.

Those areas are vast, and much more difficult to cover, but at the same time, there is much less scrub and vegetation to hide in.

Nah, there's plenty of that too.

I imagine those on visas just stay.

The Wall is unnecessary and too expensive. It will not stop illegal immigration.

Most illegals don't just cross the border, they come here on visa. The Wall is unnecessary and certainly not worth the expense

Kind of a non sequitur. They may have crossed with a green card once, but most travel back and forth over the years. Once the green card is expired, they are in the same boat trying to get back in the country. "Hey!! who put this 30 ft high wall here!? Aii Carumba!"

Or maybe they're capable of reading expiration dates and won't leave the country after it expires.

Yeah,it's there, but if you aren't familiar with that area in South Texas that I mentioned,it's hard to imagine it. It's like a desert Jungle,if that was possible, I don't understand how that much brush can grow, without much water.
It would be hard to find a person 10 feet from you,in that shite.

Im sure they're smart enough to understand when their card expires. Most illegals aren't jumping the border, illegally.

The Wall is uneccessary. It's a wasteful project based solely on emotion and not facts or logic.

If you're agin it, I am for it.Climb right over it Pedro, and you'll get arrested when you drop down.

Deported. The second time, you can do some time in a US Prison.

bullshite

The argument that the wall is the only part of the plan is specious horse shite.

Sure the god damned special forces could not scale it but any old halfwit can just jump right on over before the people patrolling it will get there.

And it doesn't have to stop much to pay for itself

And wailing about $25 billion one time added to a 4 trillion plus yearly budget is water head level shite

Those that fear problems probably do. That is the point of the wall and a greatly increased probability of being caught and ensnared in legal problems.

People caught will be released to keep trying

The Wall is an emotional response to a much larger issue
