Special Forces had a hard time with the prototypes. I suspect Juan and Jesus will also.

Unless there are many, many undetected tunnels along the border, all the massive numbers of criminal aliens would have to congregate in one spot and wait their turn to fit in...single file into the small tunnel.
So there are only 2 possible scenarios: there are either many undetected tunnels or THERE IS ONLY ONE

Could I? Probably not. But if I were hungry like these people I bet I could figure it out
So... you believe that you...in a well fed and fit condition... couldn't make the climb, but if you were weakened by hunger and desperation, you could??? How does that work?

Walls help, they're not a cure-all. Understand?
Same goes for guns right? So having one doesn’t really help. Right? Guns aren’t magic shields just like a wall isn’t an impenetrable barrier. Let’s get rid of both. Agree?

I'm a little bit too well fed to be called fit

I meant hungry as more of a metaphor. You've never heard of someone using the term "hungry" to mean highly motivated?

So why don't we just build a road and not a wall?
Because that 1 thing by itself wouldn't be effective enough, and easy to defeat by bum rushes in different areas.
The wall, road, increased patrols, drones, video cameras all used together though will be pretty effective.Nothing will be 100% effective, but I think 90% effective is reasonable.

Sounds expensive though doesn't it?

Who says you have to over it? You could go over it, through it, under it. Or not even frick with the wall at all if you don't want to.
O.K. fine.
Using your criteria..how do you pass the wall? Be as specific as possible.

'K...how does that work?

Illegals cost to taxpayers is north of 110b every year.
The cost argument is equally as shitty as the others you've made.

a tunnel
There are means of preventing that in the model specs. That said, the "tunnel" bit is mostly used for moving contraband. They are not designed for moving large numbers of people for the reasons I stated a few posts back. If you're smuggling contraband, the last thing you want is to draw attention to yourself...which is what would happen if large numbers of people were lining up and disappearing into a hole.

Is that correct?

Yeah, a couple roads won't help BP catch a significant amount of illegals. Illegals generally don't stick to roads.
You are right, right now they are coming through all of that scrub brush that can't be patrolled efficiently.
There is no way to guess where they will come out of that fricking maze.
If you have a road stretching the entire border,it's for certain that they will have to cross that at some point, after climbing a wall. That would put them in the open for a significant period of time.Easier for patrols/camera/drones/sensors to spot them.

Actually they are. And highly sophisticated

If you don't understand the issue, don't enter the debate. The wall is just one piece of the border proposal. There are thousands of new agents being proposed to reduce response times to well within the breachability limits of the wall prototypes. The wall is also being designed to withstand ladders, torches, and other forms of demolition and digging equipment. The prototypes are integrating technology not currently being leveraged, and even consider environmental issues like migratory animals.
This info is all out there for people who care about the immigration problem, and aren't just contrary little bitches.
That^.
It's oddly like trying to point out whats wrong with abortion to the "true believer" abortion advocates, or 2nd amendment rights to gun grabbers. You're wasting your time. Logic and objective and observable reality don't matter, it's all in their heads.
Weird.

So you're proposing that we grub and grade the whole first half mile north of the border?
