Gawd this is foolish and naive. The time put into creating clips is immense. Editing, planning, etc. Content Creators aren't the same as people who just happen to catch a crazy occurrence on their phone that they post and it goes viral.

CCs invest lots of time, and lots of money into their equipment too. Video/photography equipment, computers, mics, sounding boards, editing programs, etc etc

Sure, but he shouldn't expect to lose that for false accusations. Especially something as serious a child porn. Creatives are very mindful of platform rules as it's how they make a living, so there expectations to stay on a platform is there because they do everything they need too to follow the rules, because their livelihoods depend on it.

The minor part is key. YouTube for example asks if children appear in this video and then asks a few more questions. I know he is making video content of children playing youth sports, but does he have the consent of all the children’s parents participating and not just a league or team.

Then what’s to say an angry parent didn’t like a photo and mislabeled a photo as “sexual content” triggering the AI review.
