Men Taking Classes To Unlearn "Toxic Masculinity"

quote:

For some time, Stephen Hicks had felt like something was off. “My relationship ended, then a lot of things started collapsing in front of me,” Hicks says. He began attending therapy, which made him realize that he needed to make a bigger change: “I wasn’t doing really terrible things, but I also wasn’t being the most ideal Stephen I could be,” he says. “The bar is really lowered for cisgender guys.”

Simply having the thought you need to take the class as a man, is “unlearning” enough.

We have the opposite problem.

Men need remedial lessons in how to be men these days.

I would guess that sucking dick is not an easily acquired taste. Some especially masculine guys will need a lot of practice.

Toxic masculinity is the result of decades of feminism.

Anyone who voluntarily signs up for such a thing is already a six sigma beta male to begin with.

It's the colleges. Decades of indoctrination.

I bet guys who never went to college ever experienced much feminism in their lives.

But the PC culture of the 90's that sprang up in the colleges really damaged an entire generation.

And to think, all I needed was to be raised by a single Mother who didn't put up with any BS from me or anyone else. Amazing what being simply taught some manners will do for folks.
