The Arabs have figured out (with the Trump admin saying we won't bail you out) that if things get real ugly with Iran it might be a good idea to have Israel on their side.
As for the Palestinians, they are figuring out that no one really cares what they think about, well anything.

Can you explain this to the layman among us. Foreign policy is one of my weaker points in terms of staying informed.
So it’s the Emirates (those from the UAE) who are requesting Israel to build an embassy on their soil? And they to build one in Tel Aviv? That’s great news in terms of furthering peace right? I assume it’s an easier sell to their people to put it in Tel Aviv over Jerusalem? Does it hurt us that ours is in one place and there’s is in another?

Awesome news. Peace in that region is good, and hopefully that peace can be broken with American slanting policy because frick Russia and China.
