Well, that wouldn't be the question. The question would be whether Tren de Aragua presence or actions constitute an "invasion or predatory incursion" tied to Venezuelan actions getting them here, right?
Exactly. He is perverting the clear language of the law. I hate a dirty lawyer.

No I am not.
the statute is when we’re invaded by another country.
that’s specific because it’s about what we do with foreign citizens of said country.
Obviously there is no president for this but you’d have to argue TdA isn’t just connected to Venezuela but it is an extension of it.

You’re being obtuse.

its all just fee fees. Orange man bad, therefore actions must be bad, then back into the rationalization.
liberal judge good! Therefore action must be good, then ignore the biases and conflicts of interest.

an attorney on newsmax yesterday said there was something in that act that opens up this for interpretation. not sure.
On the radio today there was a news max ad advertising some guys show saying Trump is going to cut your social security, listen in on how to protect yourself.

Like i said, I think it would have to go beyond tied.
the would need to be an extension of the Venezuelan government and that’s far fetched.
if Moduro was overthrown tomorrow they would keep selling drugs

yet here you are... arguing that a lone Obama appointed judge and dutiful democrat loyalist is indeed a great check on executive power.
