the statute is when we’re invaded by another country.

that’s specific because it’s about what we do with foreign citizens of said country.

Obviously there is no president for this but you’d have to argue TdA isn’t just connected to Venezuela but it is an extension of it.

Like i said, I think it would have to go beyond tied.

the would need to be an extension of the Venezuelan government and that’s far fetched.
