You missed the entire point of my argument. The NYC lawyers threw molotov cocktails at police cars. If J6 folks did that, they'd get 20 years. The lady here did nothing close to that and yet is being treated as if she's a violent criminal. You're blabbering about equity, but there is none. If there were, she'd get a fine like the Kavanaugh protesters.

If you can find me a kavanaugh protester who was part of a group fighting with cops to enter an area they were told they weren't allowed and then followed the group after they overcame the police, I will agree.

You and I both know how the Feds operate. They can use the acts of related third-parties to increase the sentence of a charged Defendant, even if said Defendant isn't convicted of the crimes of said third-parties. That's bullshite, and unlike some people here, I've been raging against it on this board for over a decade.
