Why does a court have to have someone available for a mental health screening? Just take her to a hospital an admit her for the screening. If they had done that and she was given the all clear, then the judge could stand by his decision. I understand court resources get strained but when someone makes comments like eating other people then you have to take them somewhere and get looked at.

I've said it before on here. At some point, vigilantism will become the order of the day, when citizens hunt down the animals that the courts let run free.
