That’s why teeeting about a topic where you have no credentials is stupid.

So you don't know anything about the subject.
That makes you guilty of doing what you're accusing Trump of doing.

What's hilarious is 99.9% of the people that are bashing him had no idea if he was right or wrong when they first saw it

Lol, how do you think fires are targeted on high rise or other tall buildings that ground level water cannons can’t reach? Those pressure hoses are the same ones the firefighters on the ground use, just affixed to an aerial tanker.

at the expense of repeating myself...

what you are describing does not sound like an 800 year old building.

The other day I was in some whatever coffee--I don't know, you can only be in six places. Whichever one I was in, and I'm listening to these fat White people talk to each other. These two fat white guys behind me. Anyway, I was listening to the two guys, and one of 'em used a word that really pissed me off, because it was how he used it. He used the word "Hilarious." That's one of those words that we use-- That we don't care what it means. We go right for the top shelf with our words now. We don't think about how we talk.

So these guys, they used "hilarious," and I remember the context exactly. I'm listening to 'em. One guy says to the other guy, he goes, uh, "Hey, dude, so, uh... So guess who i saw today." And his friend goes, "Who?" So his friend goes, "I saw Lisa today”, and he goes, "That's hilarious."

How the frick is that hilarious? That you saw Lisa. Is Lisa a poodle on her hind legs? How is that hilarious? Was she standing next to Jerry Lewis when he was younger? How the frick is that hilarious? Do you know what "hilarious" means? "Hilarious" means so funny that you almost went insane when you heard that shite. It's just so funny that it almost ruined your life. You're homeless now because you can't cope or reason anymore because that hilarious thing Just shattered your mind, and three months later you got shite and leaves in your hair, and you're drenched in pee in the gutter. That's how funny "Hilarious" is. I don't know this Lisa count, but she ain't that funny.

other than the slight distinction that he is a nobody on a LSU message board, and Trump is the President of the United States with millions of follows, and thus much more influential when he tweets, yeah, you're spot on.

Sighs. The same water cannons actually used on the church can be used from aerial tankers to access areas that can’t be reached from the ground, like ones on 230 foot tall cathedrals. It would have been perfectly appropriate to do that if needed.

You are trying too hard here. There is nothing wrong with what Trump said.

other than Trump having no experience whatsoever in fighting fires, and the people who do have such experience said it would be a bad idea.

but yes, other than that, you are 100% spot on.

That's not at all what Trump said in his tweet.

You're trying way too hard to cover for the idiot. Again.

You are just refusing to accept that there are other aerial tanker methods than the water bombs you saw on TV once. Methods that are perfectly appropriate in a fire like this. Trump, as a developer of high rise buildings with strict fire codes likely has a basic understanding of those methods. You keep barking “muh 800 year old church” as if it makes the tweet wrong- it doesn’t. Your refusal to accept reality is your issue- not Trumps.

Lol, you don’t even know what a flying water tanker is. You need CNN to tell you what to think. How sad.

Yeah, I've never seen footage of how they fight a forest fire.

Never, ever. That's just not a thing shown on television in the US.

Well he could have been like Obama and took a picture of himself in front of the fire.

oh I am sorry, did I offend you with my very true and very accurate statement?

Donny High Rise knows as much about fire codes and fighting fires as you do about what a vagina looks like.

A near world wonder was burning to the ground and far too many people were concerned about a Trump tweet and how it wasn't the best strategy to put out the blaze.

A true insight to how obsessed many people are with Trump and wanting him to be the bad guy in everything

you are so full of shite

it was a good idea and perhaps the only way to get water on that building since all the fire trucks were stuck in traffic and couldnt even get to it for hours.

even after they got there it was only 2 small water hoses

you are such a hack you cant even admit it was a good suggestion he offered

I bet Trumps hotels have great fire protection and plans to implement when needed, so, yes, I’d say he has a better handle on it than some bureaucrat like Macron.
