Mississippi Today reporter Larrison Campbell on Monday said that GOP gubernatorial candidate Robert Foster’s campaign denied her request to shadow him on a campaign event — unless she was accompanied by a male colleague.

Foster defended his decision to exclude Campbell. “Before our decision to run, my wife and I made a commitment to follow the ‘Billy Graham Rule’, which is to avoid any situation that may evoke suspicion or compromise of our marriage,” he wrote on Twitter late Monday. “I am sorry Ms. Campbell doesn’t share these views, but my decision was out of respect of my wife.”

Why do Liberals hate women and the sanctity of marriage?

They actually act surprised that this is a byproduct of the #metoo movement.

Hell,.I saw a video Tim Pool put together showing photos of Kennau Reeves with women - his hands were always visible and obviously away from the women.

The first element of self defense is situational awareness, and the loons have given us notice of the situation we are all in.

Isn't that pretty close to Mike Pence's rule?

Smart move.

The whole purpose of the MeToo BS is for the Progs to project their filthy acts with women unto the Right.

This woman gets it, but no doubt will use it to be a victim.

He took it from Rev. Graham.

In my office I supervise 3 females. But our doors have glass inserts so that makes me feel better when I have to have closed door meetings.

Kennau definitely did not go to the Joe Biden school of photography.

He’s running 3rd in the GOP primary polls. He’s a young guy outsider but this definitely give name recognition among undecided conservative Mississippians

The same people that think accusations sans evidence should be enough to destroy a man they don't like want to ask those men to hang out with them alone for extended periods of time and wonders why the men say "no".

It's absurd beyond belief.

Google female solipsism. It makes "feminists" actions and words make more sense.

I'm in an industrial setting. 17 employees, 2 are female. We had a situation rise a few years ago with accusations from a female employee that surfaced immediately after her termination.

Now, we have cameras in every room and audio recorders in the managers office, the supervisors offices and the dispatch room. #metoo has pushed CYA into overdrive in almost every aspect of daily life. Sad.

Im supporting Bill Waller in the primary. Will not vote for Tate Reeves even in the general. Jim Hood would actually be better.

Good for him. Mississippi Today is a venture started by a bunch of retirees from the Clarion Ledger other than Bobby Harrison from the Tupelo paper. As liberal as the Clarion Ledger is, Mississippi today is pushing the envelope. Marshall Ramsey, a well known cartoonist has even starting leaning more liberal with his cartoons. They do have a have bunch of young folks, like this lady, but they are trying to change the journalistic landscape in Ms.
