Those clowns are already saying we should temper expectations for the SOTU….will definitely be a disaster, but the seals will clap away

Every year, every administration "secretly" leaks to the press to temper expectations. Trump did it, W did it, Clinton did it, and so on. Underpromise and overdeliver.
