McCabe's counsel presses US attorney on whether grand jury decided not to indict

"We have no independent knowledge of whether the reporting is accurate but for present purposes we assume that the grand jury may have voted a no true bill," Bromwich wrote, referring to a procedure to dismiss charges.

I think the point is to make DOJ look like a shite show, which if it tried to indict but got back a no true bill would certainly be the case.

Oh, the libs do care. He was at the very center of the "insurance plan." And, if you don't think that Odumbf*ck and Valerie "ISIS" Jarrett were at the head of the "insurance plan," you haven't been paying attention.

I won't pay the paywall of these rags the NYTimes and WaPo. But I searched and they never reported anything about a grand jury and McCabe, The NYTimes reported on this story.

That guy has said things that were flat out wrong. He always seems to have an attitude that he knows it all, has it all figured out; and people are bothering him for answers.

I want to know what Brian Cates' qualifications are. What are his credentials that makes him such an authority on these things? Does he have a legal background? Law enforcement background? Political background? Journalism background?
No? For all we know he could have been a fat frick high school dropout working a minimum wage job living in his parents basement posting wishcasting bullshite under his Stealth Jeff account.
He reminds me of Craig Feldspar from Malcolm in the Middle. Probably works as a shift worker at a drugstore like Rite Aid.
