Well I don't run farm tags. I actually know a guy (friend of my late dad) who used to do it all the time in La. He lived on the property where the guy I used to work for bailed hay (Alicia) and he'd fill up on that guy's farm diesel back in the 80s-90s. He never got checked either. No Farm tags though. Dad used to joke that the inside of his tank was probably stained.

There was a Federal Agent from Columbia TN in North Alabama checking farm trucks for Dyed Diesel fuel 3 weeks ago.

Guys used to plumb the diesel tanks in the beds of their trucks into their fuel lines and keep road diesel in the actual truck tank. They started checking at the injection lines because of that.
