Some version of this is the only thing I can tolerate.

Of course they are - otherwise the DEMOCRATs wouldn't give a shite about them.

We need a new task force to infiltrate the democrats community organization operations and imprison the felons and deport the aliens.

"Being poor in this country is unacceptable. Therefore, we propose every poor person receive $300,000 as long as they promise to spend it wisely."

I’m too young to remember but wasnt the Reagan amnesty deal supposed to be an end to illegal immigration?

Yes and Reagan said that was the biggest mistake he made while in office. He made a deal with the democrats for a limited amnesty and an agreement to seal the border but as is usual for democrats they immediately went back on their word.

The lesson from this is;
Never, ever make a deal with a democrat, they will stab you in the back the instant you turn around

Exactly.

This is why a pathway to citizenship is stupid.

These people are “in the shadows” because it’s easier and cheaper and there’s no threat to them that they ever have to leave.

I think Galston and Kristol should be stripped of citizenship, and sent to India.

They'll put out a few position papers, the Indian upper castes will slap their heads and say "Duh! So obvious, this is what we were missing."

Then they will get an assload of Bangladeshi immigrants (after dismantling that India/Banglades wall that makes our proposed one look like a piker), and everyone will be super happy.

And India will be winning bigly. Any day now, just you wait and see.

They get the benefits now, and you think they’ll want to pay for them?

So full of stupid. Are you really going to assume all of these people get paid in cash? Also, they don't get any of their taxes back

Is that the kind of authoritarian style rule you want? Anybody tries to do something morally correct and you just ship them out and strip them of their citizenship? I think it's funny that people like you pretend they're Patriots or care about the founding fathers.

Anytime a person says 'it's the moral thing to do' it means: 'Cost benefit analysis doesn't work for my argument.'

Not me. I want rule of law. Here illegally? Get out and take the rest with you. Do you agree with that position? If not, why not?

I don't think they are "morally correct." Rather I think they are actively trying to destroy a version of the US they don't like. At best they are fluffing themselves to get a moral orgasm.

As for the rest of it, I'm a pragmatist. The way I see it, my happiness is severely curtailed by the world these two seem to want to bring into being. I feel no moral obligation to see it birthed, in fact I think it is immoral to enact it around me.

So that leaves me with a problem. Bill Kristol and myself can't both be happy at the same time.

So I vote for me. With no apologies.

As for sending him to India, that's snark. I'd LOVE to see him try to convince India they need more immigrants. All the stupid BS these guys peddle... I want to see them pitch it when the target audience laughs in their face.

When will those in DC get serious about cracking down on illegal labor. We can afford to build things without 20% of our construction labor force being illegal aliens. It will make things slightly more expensive, but that’s what the real cost should be.

If you do this, you know make employers accountable to the society they are undermining, and not just in the construction industry, but all through the labor force, just like every other developed nation does, then millions will self deport. Some will stay, but it won’t be easy for them, and at that point, we can work towards other solutions.

Why don't we just make all the world's citizens American citizens...
I mean who are we to institute location discrimination...

frick it, everyone on earth is American, assign them a ssnumber and tax the frick out of them, too...
Then we give them even dispersement across the states and make them pay their taxes, too...

If they don't file, send the IRS, WTF is their home country going to do about it? fricking squat, that's what. We knock them over anyway, at least we give them a chance to pay up front.

Give IRS judge dredd authority, frick it, these globalist want to play games, frick them.

Bill's father Irving was a Trotskyist by the way. Most Trotskyists end up Republican and Neocons. Our foreign policy since Reagan has been permanent global revolution.
