I saw Stevie Wonder at Jazz Fest in 2008. The first 20 minutes of his set was an Obama campaign ad.
He's also a racist PoS.

Pretty funny for a guy who wouldn’t even know he was black unless someone told him.

You're right. But Whitney Houston, with Dolly's song, really turned it into a masterpiece
While Dolly Parton wrote the song and had an incredibly successful run with it, Whitney Houston's 1992 version for The Bodyguard soundtrack became one of the biggest-selling singles of all time.
Dolly Parton's Version (1974 & 1982) had a global sales estimate of around 1–2 million copies while Whitney Houston's Version (1992) had over 24 million copies.
Dolly's version went Platinum (1 million units) while Houston's went Diamond (10+ million units) Dolly's version Hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart twice. Whitney's version spent a then-record-breaking 14 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped charts in 34 countries.
In Bodyguard, Whitney's producer Clive Davis and movie producer Kevin Costner wanted Houston to sing the song a cappella. A fella by the name of David Foster talked both of them out of it.

Interesting. You presented evidence that she has longstanding political preferences… as proof she was dishonest about having political preferences. That ain’t hypocrisy it’s consistency baw.
