He describes a theory of the LV shooter from an email that he received from "a gentleman at a London think tank.
It's a real interesting read. And it think the answer is obvious.

That might be true, but the fact his federal record internet presence was wiped and obscure civilian record copies weren't wiped means feds cleaned it.
It means they had motive to clean his record.
Also his online persona was already cleaned out...by either him or someone else...noting federal records were wiped would lead anyone the "wiper" had motive to clean his public profile as well.
Add in the 4chan prediction on Vegas "high incident project" and there are bigger players.
Also his name leaked immediately after the shooting, despite the room being in his GF name.

Are we sure this is true anymore? We've seen multiple pics posted of receipts for room service, and that of the valet records, and her name never appears once. If the room was in her name, why would room service receipts show the bill as being charged to Stephen Paddock?

There has to be some explanation for the number of weapons. The risk of being caught dictates that either additional shooters were expected to be there, or something along the lines of this theory.
I can see Paddock fancying himself as the impetus for drastic gun control measures finally happening in the US. Especially if he in fact was the pussy hat wearing protester. Which in itself is another thing that investigators know is true or not at this point.

Odds are much more that other innocents would have been sprayed with bullets from idiots with handguns. Nobody with a brain is returning fire with a pistol on an elevated position 800 yards away.

I find it weird he had calculations for a pray and spray operation.
If there's a conspiracy at all, my guess is that someone else was supposed to be in there sniping and possibly chickened out.

I think Steyn's gentleman emailer read my post back on 10-4-17 and fleshed it out. It's not a perfect theory, but it makes more sense than many. quote:

The valet was definitely in his name from those reciepts...
We don't know how true anything is, though...just a value of truth
