Just say you want vasectomies for poor black men. Sounds better than giving the government an overarching hardline rule. Reversals aren't always successful either.

I like where your head is at, but it should be if you get a girl pregnant and fail to pay child support, automatic vasectomy. Felons can change and if they are taking care of their child they should be allowed to. It’s the dead beats who get girls pregnant then disappear that should be punished harshly.
