Thats not how this works, when it’s unanimous. Not majority of his party, not most of the legislature. Unanimous.
No politician is jumping in the way of a unanimous bill about “anti semitism”.
I don’t like the bill. But im not hanging it around desantis’ neck. i also dont give him gold stars for every bill i do like that his legislature passes.

People who are supporting Desantis right now probably wouldn't show up to a Desantis rally if it was held on their front lawn. If another candidate came forward they thought was more electable or a better candidate they would vote for that guy. Heck if Rand Paul announced today, even though I know he can't win, that would be my guy.

Obvs not in the end- but after the bill is filed…after the first committee…absolutely, if the Gov wanted changes, changes would have happened.
Also, the Two house sponsors (one was primary but idk who) flew the bill to Israel so the gov could sign it..:I’m not saying this was a focus bill of the gov but I’m saying - not many bills get sent overseas to be sign that he didn’t like
