mandami is foolish but this isnt on him. The city did make a sweep for homeless, even dragged 52 of them against their will to shelter.

Da frick they don't! They vote 100% Democrat via vote farming practices that are legal in pretty much every blue state.
Dem organizers go to encampments and pay each individual for their vote. The organizers even fill out the voter card for them.
Sad thing is, this is also done in retirement homes. Many times those in memory care vote.
