I wrote a big paper on this a couple of years ago. My friend was doing the dating app thing while I was in the process of writing it. She was talking to a guy who was either applying to southern law or had recently been accepted. He tried to sound intellectual to her and we giggled about it. I told her to get his thoughts on cash bail and it’s been a running joke between us that the guys she dates have to tell me their position on cash bail. Goodness gracious. Any more questions? Y’all are so boring.
