I'm not sure when it stopped being primarily black. I guess it sounded cute when they came up with it. It sounds like they intend to kill off any white people they have left.

Cruise lines need to book port entries along the African continent. When they disenbark, set their luggage out on the dock, then sail away. The cruiselines would be a lot more peaceful afterwards.
