The kid said something stupid and probably was brought up in a racist household. He does not reflect the quality and caliber of student that LSU is trying to obtain and it wouldn’t shock or upset me if LSU asked him to attend university elsewhere.
But I am very uncomfortable with a Hollywood actress trying to intimidate and ruin the life of a high school-aged kid from BFE Louisiana while simultaneously complaining about his privilege.
She’s bullying kids from all over the country - and I doubt many of those kids grew up in ideal circumstances to begin with.
